For our initial discussion, a basic brief and scope of work will give me a sense of the project.
It is also helpful if you have site photos and a survey plan and/or architectural plans that I can review beforehand.
From an initial discussion I may be able to provide you with a fee proposal for Concept Design and an estimate of the overall fee. If the project is large or the site complex, a site visit may be needed to get a better understanding of the scope before a proposal can be provided.
The regions that I work include; Sydney, South Coast NSW, the Southern Highlands and Central Tablelands.
